The Zia Framework for Blended Learning provided educators a clear structure to understand and enact the multiple facets of an effective facilitator model of instruction in a blended or hybrid model. Teachers were provided PD and support in developing coaching, personalization, and engagement strategies to increase student outcomes in the blended classroom.
